In Villeta, Cundinamarca, Colombia, within a parceled lot of single-family homes, there lies a lot with 3,000 m2. This single-family home is projected to be for a family of four. Strategically located on this lot for the best visuals, it is the cornerstone for the design of the home. With this in mind, this property is positioned towards the west with circulation and social areas in that direction, creating a direct connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
On the east side of the lot, a private area for yoga and meditation is proposed with the same architectural concept as the main house, this area is to be surrounded by a zen garden to further bolster the concept of the home and private area.
